Geography of the vineyard

We own 8 hectares of terraced vineyards, all of them facing south. They are situated with their backs to the Cantabrian Sea and on slopes that descend into the mouth of the Oria River forming a ventilated passageway bringing the sea breeze to the vineyards.


Manual harvest. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The natural carbon dioxide from the fermentation process is preserved, thus preserving the freshness of the Txakoli throughout its life.
